In making a bouquet of tissue paper roses, you will need to cut 2 leaves and 15 petals for a full rose: 3 for the center, 5 for the second row and 7 petals for the outer part, you can exclude the last layer if you want a smaller rose. Lastly, you will need double sided tape a floral wire. It’s preferable to use a double sided tape in order to make a flawless touch.
Now, for the steps: First, put a double sided tape on the floral wire and place the 2 leaves first around the floral tape, then, add another double sided tape to the attached leaves and put the second row of petals. This goes on repetitively until the full bloom is acquired. For the leaves, on the other hand, put a double sided tape around the stem or the floral wire and attached the stem then cover the whole stem with floral tape not covering the leaves of course and your finish. You can put a rose scent as a final touch.
